The Green Iguana Beach House - Jaco, Costa Rica

This beautiful beach house is in the middle of Jaco Beach. It has been extensively remodeled to become the
perfect private, secure beach holiday home. It is entirely handicapped accessible; including the pool and
beach access. All 6 bedrooms are air-conditioned.

There is a full kitchen in the main house with blender, coffee-maker, microwave, and cable TV. There is
telephone and wireless internet service at the house, plus an internet cafe nearby.

Included with a week rental: In the middle of the week, staff will clean sheets, towels, and your personal laundry, if requested.

The surrounding gardens are lush with over 100 different plants and flowers. The ocean water temperature is 80-82 degrees F....perfect for swimming and surfing. If you want to hear the
sound of the surf all night, this is the place.

Located in the middle of
Jaco's 2.5 mile long
beach and 1 block from
main street in the heart
of Jaco.
Nearby are a pizza
parlor, pastry shop,
grocery and bank; plus
other shops and
restaurants. The area is
very quiet even though it is in the center of Jaco.
